Buy a square (or more!) in M'kor Shalom's "Super Bowl LV" Grid Fundraiser for your chance to win up to $500!

You don’t need to be a football fan or have any football knowledge to participate, you just have to be a fan of M'kor Shalom!

It’s a win-win for everyone! If we sell all 100 squares, $500 will be paid out to participants and $500 will go to M'kor Shalom's Fundraising Efforts. As a participant, you have four chances to win during the Super Bowl on February 7! The payout amounts will be less if we don’t sell every square.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Send M'kor Shalom Vice President Stephanie Zinn, or the synagogue office, $10 for each square that you want to purchase.

2. Tell us which square number(s) you want. Squares are sequentially numbered 1 to 100 with 1 being the top left square.

3. Log in to the website  (https://www.runyourpool.com) and pick your own square(s). Note that the website cannot accept payment directly.

You can purchase as many squares as you want and can include family members and friends. Once all of the squares have been filled in, numbers 0-9 will randomly be assigned to each axis of the grid. These numbers represent the last number in the score for each team. In other words, if the score is AFC 17 - NFC 14, then the winning square is the one with the AFC team's number of 7, and the NFC team's number of 4.

The cost of one square is $10, and payment for your convenience can be made via Venmo to @Stephanie-Zinn-1 (coordinator of this fundraiser), or submit a check (made out to Congregation M'kor Shalom) to the synagogue office. 

Winnings Breakdown for Squares:
End of 1st Quarter: 10%
End of 2nd Quarter: 10%
End of 3rd Quarter: 10%
End of Game: 20%
Payout to M'kor Shalom: 50%

MISCELLANEOUS RULES:
If your square number is already taken, you will be assigned the next available square.
If a game goes into Overtime, we will determine the winner based on the final OT score.
In the unlikely event we don’t fill every square, the empty squares will be "Team M'kor" squares as we want to ensure four winners every game. (Winnings will be lower if fewer than 100 squares are purchased.)

REGISTRATION:
The deadline to enter the pool is Monday, February 1. If you are interested in joining, please send payment along with your email address and your square number.

PAYMENT:
The synagogue will accept cash or check, but Venmo is preferred. Send payment to Stephanie-Zinn-1. Winners will be announced and receive winnings shortly after the Super Bowl — if you chose the Venmo payment option, I will send your payment straight back to your account!

NOTE: The grid will remain open until midnight, February 1.
